Abstract

Soft skills are the personal traits which enable people to relate efficiently and amicably with 
other people. As we human beings are social animals, we require these soft talents 
everywhere and at all times. There are uncountable talents such as communications skills, 
time management skills, problem solving strategies, team building skills, decision making 
skills, adaptation skills and negotiating skills are some among the soft skills.
